The bedding was plush and fresh with no strange odors, and the housekeeping staff were consistently attentive—daily cleaning, plus a second tidy-up in the evening, which made a big difference. The staff on the executive floor were especially memorable: warm, patient, and genuinely thoughtful. They greeted my child by name each time and even brought over two small packs of chips just because he liked them—such a sweet, personal touch. The executive lounge snacks were also excellent—on our first night, when we were rushing to get ready, I stopped by for a quick bite. There was a good variety of options, and everything felt fresh and well-curated. Location-wise, this hotel is unbeatable—just across from the Tang Paradise Garden, a short walk to the lively Tang Dynasty Night Market, and close to Qujiang Book City. Everything is pedestrian-friendly, which is perfect for exploring the area at your own pace. The concierge at the lobby was outstanding—professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. A few words were enough for him to understand exactly what I needed, living up to the Gold Key reputation. Overall, while it might not be the flashiest hotel in town, the service quality ranks among the top I've experienced. It’s calm, respectful, and deeply considerate—everyone knows their role and executes it flawlessly. That level of consistency is rare. One small suggestion: please extend breakfast service a bit longer. We arrived around 10:30, and the serving station had already been cleared—plates and tongs were gone—even though food was still available. It left latecomers stranded without tools to serve themselves. A minor fix, but would make a big difference. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Despite being in the heart of the city, the place is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety of both Western and Chinese dishes—all fresh and delicious. The staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was spacious with excellent heating, and both the living and bedroom TVs supported screen mirroring. The capsule coffee was rich and delicious, perfect for a relaxing evening. After soaking in the bathtub while watching TV, I headed up to the 5th floor gym—clean facilities, a well-maintained pool, and even a massage tub in the changing area. Housekeeping staff always smiled and said hello, making us feel truly at home. The pool is exceptional—crystal-clear water with perfect temperature, far better than many other hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s definitely a must-visit spot. The fitness center is top-notch, equipped with modern machines, plus there’s a sauna, table tennis, and even snooker—a fantastic bonus for relaxation and fun. We traveled with our parents in their 80s, and the staff were incredibly attentive and considerate throughout. The staff, especially Zoe and Kiko at reception, were incredibly attentive and thoughtful—they even provided kids’ toiletries without being asked. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was wonderfully comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. Great for families, as I felt completely at ease traveling with my children. Breakfast offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options—plenty of choices and delicious quality. One small downside: the key card doesn’t allow charging after removal, which was slightly inconvenient. But honestly, this minor issue doesn’t take away from an outstanding experience. If you’re visiting Xi’an, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I’m happy to say everything lived up to expectations—plus, I got upgraded to a larger room! The suite is spacious with excellent layout and well-maintained amenities. The only minor issue was the hot water in the bathtub—it didn’t get quite hot enough for my taste. Breakfast was a highlight: the local Xi’an dishes had authentic flavor, though not overly standout; however, the Western breakfast options were impressive—fresh, varied, and high quality. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just a short walk from the Bell and Drum Towers, and very convenient access to the Wukou Metro Station. The surrounding area has plenty of dining options and daily necessities. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money. I’ll definitely be returning when I come back to Xi’an.
