I booked the Premier King Room with an incredible ocean view that made every morning feel like a postcard. The hotel just opened in 2023, so everything is brand new, clean, and well-designed. A few taxi drivers actually got lost on the way, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful — they handed me a business card to share with drivers for easy navigation. That small gesture really stood out. It’s also super convenient: just a 10-minute walk to Songdo Beach and the Songdo Cable Car, perfect for exploring the area without needing a car. What truly impressed me was the level of service — from the moment I arrived, staff were warm, attentive, and proactive. They carried my luggage, walked me to the room, opened and closed the car door, and kept checking if I needed anything. They even helped me book a ride. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — the bed was just right, and I slept like a baby. If you're visiting Busan and want a mix of modern luxury, great location, and genuine hospitality, this hotel is absolutely worth it.

Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just steps from the back entrance of Lotte World, surrounded by countless dining options, including 24-hour shops so you never have to worry about hunger. Staying for three nights or more included a complimentary breakfast featuring fresh, homemade sandwiches, yogurt, and fruit—all delicious and well-prepared. The building is quiet at night, perfect for a restful sleep without any noise disturbance. There's a water dispenser in the lobby with plenty of bottled water available for guests, which is such a thoughtful touch. On the basement level, there’s a dedicated space for ordering takeout, complete with utensils and a self-cleaning policy—clean, practical, and convenient. Daily housekeeping ensures fresh towels and clean water bottles are always provided. They also offered to help arrange food delivery (cash-only) and even called a taxi to the airport—super helpful! Everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. This place offers incredible value and service. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Busan. Will definitely be coming back!

Located just a 7-8 minute walk from Seomyeon Station, it’s super convenient—especially if you’re relying on the subway. The entrance isn’t very obvious, but with accurate GPS, you’ll spot it easily: there’s a street food cart selling tteokbokki right outside, and the building has an elevator that takes you straight up to the 7th floor. No need to carry heavy luggage upstairs—huge plus! Check-in details are sent via email on arrival day, including the room password and access code—simple and hassle-free. I stayed on the ground floor, which was lucky since my bags were pretty heavy. That said, the wooden door can make the room feel a bit stuffy when fully closed. Two minor drawbacks: the room scent is quite strong (felt a bit dizzy after a while), and the toilet occasionally has a faint odor—but nothing serious. Breakfast is self-service: bread, jam, cereal on the counter, and milk and juice in the fridge. There’s also a water dispenser that offers both ice and hot water, perfect for tea or coffee.
