Absolutely outstanding! This hotel completely exceeded my expectations and has become a hidden gem in Kunming. The location is fantastic—walking distance to great restaurants, local markets, and shopping areas, plus it's just a short metro ride from the city center. The room was immaculate, fresh-smelling, and incredibly comfortable—the bed felt like sleeping on clouds. Soundproofing is excellent, so I had a peaceful, uninterrupted night’s sleep. The front desk staff, Xia Yuhong and Yuan Xiaoxian, were warm, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They greeted me with a hot drink upon check-in and even took time to recommend local attractions and walking routes tailored to my interests. Breakfast was a highlight—wide variety of both Western and Chinese options, all freshly prepared and delicious. Small touches like ample charging outlets by the bed and a well-designed wet/dry bathroom made everything feel thoughtfully done. Every detail screams quality and value.
