Staying at Suning Universal Hotel All Suites was an absolute delight! The two-bedroom layout is perfect for families or groups of friends—spacious living area makes it feel like home, and the roomy design gives everyone plenty of space to relax. Located right across from Wutai Mountain Metro Station, getting around Nanjing is incredibly convenient. I didn’t need to take a taxi or worry about parking—just walk straight into the subway and explore the city with ease. Special shoutout to front desk staff Xiao Shen—so friendly, helpful, and attentive. She even upgraded our room without hesitation, which made the experience even better. A small suggestion: the TV screen could be slightly larger to match the spacious living area. Also, replacing the bathroom and shower door with frosted glass would improve privacy, especially when someone’s using the sink. And if possible, converting the kitchenette into a compact powder room would make things much more practical for four guests sharing the space—especially useful when traveling with kids. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and location. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Nanjing.

The room came with a crystal-clear projector offering a wide variety of movies and shows—perfect for relaxing evenings, almost like having a mini home theater. This trip was for a friend’s birthday, and we took the chance to explore the stunning maple leaves at Qixia Mountain, golden ginkgo trees by Xuanwu Lake, Yanyue Lake, Stone Elephant Road, and the famous plane tree avenue. Perfect timing, perfect weather, and perfect vibes! The room arranged by Manager Dong was exceptional—comfortable, elegant, and thoughtfully prepared. Dining at Jiangnan Zao was a highlight: the ingredients were fresh and top-notch. The pickled turnip with preserved vegetables was surprisingly delicious, the fish head incredibly fresh, and the sweet-and-sour ribs? Absolutely unforgettable.
