The hotel is immaculate and beautifully designed, with an unbeatable location just steps away from LFC. What truly stood out was the front desk staff member who happened to be from Hong Kong—when they noticed we didn’t speak Korean, they went above and beyond to assist with check-in, patiently guiding us through the process. It’s rare to feel such genuine care while traveling far from home. I really wanted to thank them in person, but unfortunately didn’t get a chance to see them again. Finding a familiar face in a foreign city made all the difference—it felt like a small but meaningful connection. A heartfelt thanks to that kind soul for making our stay so much more personal and welcoming.

We’re both light sleepers, so we intentionally booked a two-bedroom suite for this trip—and it was absolutely the right choice. The rooms were spacious, incredibly clean, and so quiet that we slept like babies. The front desk staff went above and beyond—they helped us call a taxi and even gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. It made our stay stress-free and super enjoyable. Stayed at the Shilla Stay Gangnam Yeoksam and had an excellent experience overall. The hotel was incredibly accommodating—especially being able to secure an early check-in for our early morning flight, which made our travel day much smoother. There’s a 7-Eleven right on the ground floor, so grabbing snacks or essentials was super convenient. Public transportation is very accessible too—the bus stop is literally outside the door, making it easy to get around. The metro station is a short walk away, which isn’t a big issue. The room was spotless, with a lovely view of Lotte Tower. Bedding was fresh and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
