My wife and I stayed at Park Hyatt Shanghai for one night, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a modern design that felt both luxurious and calming. Everything was brand new—especially the smart toilet, which added a nice touch of convenience. The café on the 87th floor is a real gem; sitting there with a view of the Huangpu River was unforgettable. Special thanks to Ms. Zhou Liping, who went above and beyond with her warm and attentive service—always checking in, helping out, and making us feel truly cared for. The front desk staff were equally welcoming and efficient, creating a seamless check-in experience. From start to finish, the level of hospitality was outstanding. It’s rare to find such genuine warmth and attention to detail. We left feeling completely at home, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai.

Staying at InterContinental Shanghai Ruijin was an absolute delight from the moment I stepped into the grand lobby. The towering chandelier and intricate floor design immediately made a stunning impression—elegant and timeless. Breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. My room in the Executive Tower was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true retreat. What stood out most was the exceptional service—especially Martin, Yang Jie, and Tang Jiazhen at the Executive Lounge front desk, who were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Wu Feifei at the main lobby also delivered top-notch hospitality. The lush greenery throughout the property added a peaceful touch, making the whole experience even more relaxing. With such a high standard of comfort, service, and ambiance, I’d definitely return without hesitation.
