I especially loved the made-to-order omelets and warm artisan bread. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay, always going the extra mile. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Everything you’d expect from a luxury hotel: top-notch amenities, smart TV, premium bedding, and excellent soundproofing. It’s clear this hotel cares about guest comfort and experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.

For instance, after buying snacks from the convenience store near the entrance around 9:30 PM, the shuttle driver kindly offered to deliver them straight to our room—something we hadn’t known about since it wasn’t mentioned at reception. That small gesture made a big difference. And don’t miss the hotel’s ground-floor bakery—it’s widely regarded as Seoul’s top French pastry shop. The pastries are rich, delicate, and absolutely worth a visit. Despite minor initial impressions, the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the stay make this hotel stand out. Highly recommend for both comfort and convenience.

My stay at Yeoksam Cullinan was disappointing overall. The room wasn’t clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and surfaces, and it felt like basic hygiene standards weren’t met. Noise was a major issue too; I could hear conversations and movements from neighboring rooms, especially during the night, which made it hard to sleep. The light switches were also broken—some didn’t work at all, and others required excessive pressure to turn on. For the price we paid, this experience fell far short of expectations. Considering the cost, the value simply wasn’t there. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and well-maintained stay, I’d recommend exploring other options.

The facilities and location were excellent—very convenient for getting around Seoul. The only minor downside was being asked to check out by 11:00 AM, even though the checkout time listed was 12:00 PM. It felt a bit rushed, especially if you had a late morning plan. Still, the overall experience was fantastic, with great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is excellent overall—great location, super convenient for getting around Seoul, and the staff are very friendly. My only confusion was that I booked a two-night stay, but I had to check out on the second day and couldn’t recheck in until after 6 PM. That timing restriction felt a bit odd and wasn’t clearly explained upfront. Still, the team handled it well, and even though I had to move my luggage, it didn’t ruin the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the value for money was strong. Definitely would stay here again.

That said, the price is definitely affordable, making it a solid choice if you're on a budget. It’s perfect for students or travelers looking for a no-frills stay with good value. While not luxurious, it gets the job done, especially considering the cost.
