Staying at PI Hotel in Hangzhou was such a fun and memorable experience! Located right near Huanglong Sports Center, it’s super convenient to get around—just a short walk or quick metro ride away. The hotel is on the 15th floor with two levels, giving it a spacious and unique vibe. I loved the breakfast—huge variety, especially the dumplings and wontons, which were fresh and delicious. The room had a beautiful Japanese-style tatami design, very calming and cozy. Bonus: they offer free traditional outfits like kimonos and hanfu for guests to wear—perfect for taking cool photos with friends. We even got upgraded to a larger room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Clean environment, great staff, and amazing atmosphere. Definitely coming back—the value is unbeatable!

It felt a bit awkward, like being brushed off, even though I was only there to preview the space. That said, since I already purchased a 5-visit pass that isn’t refundable, I had to accept it. Still, kudos to the customer service team—they were consistently thoughtful, responsive, and professional throughout my stay. With their support, it’s easy to overlook the small bump in the process. Overall, the hotel delivers great value, and I’d definitely consider returning.

There’s also a direct bus to Lingyin Temple just steps away, making sightseeing effortless. I booked a lake-view room, and it’s absolutely worth it—every morning and evening, waking up to the serene view of West Lake instantly lifted my mood. We arrived around 8:30 AM, and the staff member at the entrance immediately spotted us, rushed over, and helped carry our luggage despite the small steps leading to the front desk. We were planning to just drop off our bags, but the front desk agent, YY, kindly checked availability and offered early check-in—perfect timing since it was our wedding anniversary. She even called the revolving restaurant to confirm a table for dinner that night, and we were lucky enough to get one! After checking in, we headed out to explore, then returned around 5 PM to find our room beautifully decorated—such a sweet surprise, clearly arranged by YY. The buffet dinner runs from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, and as a guest, we paid just 308 RMB instead of the regular 388—great value. The food was outstanding: unlimited Fo Tiao Qiang, and each guest received a generous large crab—huge and delicious. Breakfast was also served in the same rotating dining room, from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, where you can enjoy fresh dishes while watching the sunrise over the lake—truly unforgettable. When we asked about extending checkout to 1 PM, YY happily accommodated it. And when we left, she handed us complimentary bath products—a thoughtful touch that truly made the stay special. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. If I ever return to Hangzhou, this hotel will be my first choice. Highly recommended!
