Even though we couldn’t secure an additional room, she followed up promptly and made sure every step was communicated clearly. To my surprise, she upgraded my room and even left fresh fruit upon arrival. When I mentioned I’d be traveling with a child, she proactively arranged kid-friendly amenities, and the room came equipped with a mini-bar—thoughtful touches that really stood out. As a long-standing five-star property, the service level is consistently excellent. The location is unbeatable—right next to Wulin Night Market, and just a 10-minute walk to West Lake. On days when traffic restrictions made taxis hard to find, walking became the easiest option. Breakfast was generous in both variety and quality. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. Getting there was easy—just a short walk from the metro station, following clear signs up a few steps and along a tree-lined path flanked by towering gingko and sycamore trees. You’ll spot the hotel right at the corner of a quiet street. It’s just one stop from Tianmu Li, which is perfect for a full day of exploring: art exhibitions, shopping, great cafes, and Instagram-worthy architecture and nature shots. A few stops further, you can visit Zhejiang University, wetlands, or botanical gardens—all within easy reach. And if you want to head into downtown, it’s only six stops away. Super convenient! We booked three standard rooms and one river-view room, which meant quite a few details to coordinate, but our client manager was incredibly patient and helpful with every request. Special shoutout to Manager Zheng—your professionalism and warmth made all the difference! The ambiance throughout the hotel is excellent. Our river-view room faced the sports center and Hangzhou Gate directly, offering stunning views. Waking up early for breakfast, we even caught the sunrise from the dining area—pure magic. It’s true what they say: 'The early bird gets the worm'—and we definitely did! Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, from the service to the scenery. A truly memorable stay with outstanding value.
