Right below the building is a large park, and across the street is another green space—perfect for those who love peace and quiet. Just a 3-minute walk to Suzhou Industrial Park Railway Station, making travel super convenient whether you're heading into the city or catching a train. There are also several nearby options like McDonald's, a noodle shop, and a cozy coffee place—great for quick meals or morning caffeine. Everything I needed was within easy reach. This place offers excellent value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

During the New Year holiday period, despite the busy schedule, staff across all departments—from front desk to housekeeping and dining—maintained excellent service attitude and professionalism, truly reflecting Pullman’s high standards under Accor’s management. A special shoutout to Betty at reception—your warm smile genuinely brightened my stay! I’m already planning a return visit after the peak season to enjoy the hotel’s full charm without the crowds. One small suggestion: the restaurant currently has only two coffee machines, which seems like the lowest number among Pullman properties I’ve stayed in across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. With some room for expansion, adding one more machine could significantly enhance the morning coffee experience.

The staff, especially our host Xiao Xie, went above and beyond—welcome fruit, quick delivery of extra toiletries for my kids (including toothbrushes and slippers), and a personalized travel guide that made planning our day trips so easy. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely welcoming home away from home. Highly recommended.
