I was upgraded to a higher room for free, which was a lovely surprise. Even better? There was a tiny dog living in the adjacent room—adorable and so full of personality! The only minor hiccup was with the screen mirroring feature; it wasn’t clear which room the signal was coming from, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall amazing stay. This hotel offers incredible value and charm—definitely one of my top picks in Suzhou!

The room itself was spacious—way bigger than expected for the price—and that’s a huge win for value. Location-wise, it’s perfect: close to great dining options, yet far enough from traffic congestion to keep things peaceful. Inside the room, all amenities were top-notch—fridge, washing machine, microwave—all clean and well-maintained (even though I didn’t use them, I did check them out, and they looked brand new). Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back if I visit Suzhou again.

Located in the heart of the business district, this hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall on the 4th floor—just walk out and you're right next to a cinema and tons of dining options. I was upgraded from a standard king room to a spacious suite, which was both clean and well-designed. The bathtub even came with a cover for a relaxing soak. The staff, especially our host Xiao Xie, went above and beyond—welcome fruit, quick delivery of extra toiletries for my kids (including toothbrushes and slippers), and a personalized travel guide that made planning our day trips so easy. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely welcoming home away from home. Highly recommended.

We could see the entire ancient city skyline—historic rooftops by day, glowing lanterns at night. It felt like staying in a peaceful oasis right in the heart of the city. Cleanliness was top-notch; every surface sparkled, the bathroom was immaculate, and the bedding felt fresh and crisp. Even though it's adjacent to the busy train station, the interior is so thoughtfully designed that it’s quiet and serene inside—no noise disturbance at all. And the staff? Exceptional. Even before I arrived in Suzhou, the hotel reached out via phone to confirm my travel plans—such a thoughtful touch! On my check-out day, when my friend and I were still out exploring and couldn’t make it back in time, they kindly extended our checkout to 4 PM without any hassle. That little extra flexibility made all the difference! The breakfast was fantastic—lots of variety, both Western and Chinese options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. I especially loved the hot porridge and freshly baked bread. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly—from the air conditioning to the TV and mini-fridge. Staff responded quickly whenever I needed something, which added to the overall ease of the stay. I didn’t get any photos of the hotel (too busy enjoying the city!), but if you're visiting Suzhou, this is a great choice.
