I was upgraded to a higher room for free, which was a lovely surprise. Even better? There was a tiny dog living in the adjacent room—adorable and so full of personality! The only minor hiccup was with the screen mirroring feature; it wasn’t clear which room the signal was coming from, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall amazing stay. During the New Year holiday period, despite the busy schedule, staff across all departments—from front desk to housekeeping and dining—maintained excellent service attitude and professionalism, truly reflecting Pullman’s high standards under Accor’s management. A special shoutout to Betty at reception—your warm smile genuinely brightened my stay! I’m already planning a return visit after the peak season to enjoy the hotel’s full charm without the crowds. One small suggestion: the restaurant currently has only two coffee machines, which seems like the lowest number among Pullman properties I’ve stayed in across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. With some room for expansion, adding one more machine could significantly enhance the morning coffee experience.

I’ve stayed in many hostels before, but this one stands out—not just for the great value, but for that heartfelt, family-like vibe. If I’m ever back in Suzhou, this will be my first choice again.

The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with a nice touch of local charm. The host was incredibly friendly and went the extra mile by sharing personalized travel tips, including great local eateries, convenient metro access, and hidden gems around town. I didn’t have to spend time researching anything—everything was already laid out for me. Located just steps from the train station, it’s super convenient for exploring Suzhou or heading into the city center. With such a welcoming atmosphere, unbeatable location, and excellent value, this place is a must-stay. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know.

Staying here was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located just steps away from Suzhou Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient—especially if you're catching a train early in the morning or late at night. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like a baby cot for our little one. The high-floor view? Absolutely breathtaking. We could see the entire ancient city skyline—historic rooftops by day, glowing lanterns at night. It felt like staying in a peaceful oasis right in the heart of the city. Cleanliness was top-notch; every surface sparkled, the bathroom was immaculate, and the bedding felt fresh and crisp. Even though it's adjacent to the busy train station, the interior is so thoughtfully designed that it’s quiet and serene inside—no noise disturbance at all. And the staff? Exceptional. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They remembered our names, offered recommendations, even helped carry luggage without being asked. It’s clear they care about guest experience. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and professional service; they were always ready to help with any request. I truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout my stay.
