The room itself was spotless, well-lit with great natural sunlight, and felt cozy and refreshing throughout my stay. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, Xiao Yu—so friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any request. It’s clear they genuinely care about guest comfort. Every detail, from cleanliness to service, exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable, centrally located hotel with excellent value, this one is a must-book. The entire property has a subtle, pleasant fragrance throughout, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The view from the window is breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of nature and cityscape. I was upgraded to a higher room for free, which was a lovely surprise. Even better? There was a tiny dog living in the adjacent room—adorable and so full of personality! The only minor hiccup was with the screen mirroring feature; it wasn’t clear which room the signal was coming from, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall amazing stay. This hotel offers incredible value and charm—definitely one of my top picks in Suzhou!

I really appreciate the room upgrade offered to this returning guest—what a fantastic welcome! All special requests I made during booking were clearly addressed upon check-in, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. During the New Year holiday period, despite the busy schedule, staff across all departments—from front desk to housekeeping and dining—maintained excellent service attitude and professionalism, truly reflecting Pullman’s high standards under Accor’s management. A special shoutout to Betty at reception—your warm smile genuinely brightened my stay! I’m already planning a return visit after the peak season to enjoy the hotel’s full charm without the crowds. One small suggestion: the restaurant currently has only two coffee machines, which seems like the lowest number among Pullman properties I’ve stayed in across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. With some room for expansion, adding one more machine could significantly enhance the morning coffee experience.

Located in the heart of the business district, this hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall on the 4th floor—just walk out and you're right next to a cinema and tons of dining options. I was upgraded from a standard king room to a spacious suite, which was both clean and well-designed. The bathtub even came with a cover for a relaxing soak. The staff, especially our host Xiao Xie, went above and beyond—welcome fruit, quick delivery of extra toiletries for my kids (including toothbrushes and slippers), and a personalized travel guide that made planning our day trips so easy. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely welcoming home away from home. Highly recommended.

This stay was absolutely excellent—definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel in recent years. The staff were incredibly responsive; just a quick call or message to reception and anything you need arrived promptly, which made everything so convenient. The room itself was spacious—way bigger than expected for the price—and that’s a huge win for value. Location-wise, it’s perfect: close to great dining options, yet far enough from traffic congestion to keep things peaceful. Inside the room, all amenities were top-notch—fridge, washing machine, microwave—all clean and well-maintained (even though I didn’t use them, I did check them out, and they looked brand new). Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back if I visit Suzhou again.

I was in Shanghai for an event and decided to spend a day in Suzhou to visit a friend. My friend recommended this Hampton by Hilton in Xiangcheng, and I’m so glad I did—this was my first stay at a Hampton, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Even before I arrived in Suzhou, the hotel reached out via phone to confirm my travel plans—such a thoughtful touch! On my check-out day, when my friend and I were still out exploring and couldn’t make it back in time, they kindly extended our checkout to 4 PM without any hassle. That little extra flexibility made all the difference! The breakfast was fantastic—lots of variety, both Western and Chinese options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. I especially loved the hot porridge and freshly baked bread. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly—from the air conditioning to the TV and mini-fridge. Staff responded quickly whenever I needed something, which added to the overall ease of the stay. I didn’t get any photos of the hotel (too busy enjoying the city!), but if you're visiting Suzhou, this is a great choice. It’s conveniently located, close to public transit, and offers top-notch value. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip!
