What really stands out is the exceptional service. From check-in, staff member Xiao Wu greeted us warmly with a smile, provided clear and thoughtful guidance, and made us feel immediately welcome. Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention—they’re thorough, respectful, and consistently keep rooms spotless. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction. The hotel is quiet and impeccably clean, with housekeeping team doing a thorough job every day, leaving no corner untouched. Special thanks to Zhu Qian—the attention to detail was outstanding. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation. A heartfelt thank you to Xiao Xu and Xiao Zhou for their kindness, professionalism, and constant support throughout our visit. Breakfast was excellent, featuring authentic Wuhan street food and traditional dim sum that tasted delicious. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the guaranteed late check-out until 3 PM, which gave me extra flexibility with my travel plans. Overall, an outstanding experience. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight—great variety with plenty of options to choose from. The only minor downside is that the twin room lacks natural light and feels a bit dim during the day, but honestly, it didn’t detract from the overall experience.
