Staying at this luxury five-star hotel was an absolute dream come true—definitely one of the most upscale experiences I’ve had in Ho Chi Minh City. Even though I didn’t mention my birthday during check-in, the staff somehow noticed and quietly arranged a small cake to be delivered to my room. Walking in and seeing it there completely took me by surprise—I was genuinely touched. It’s rare to encounter such thoughtful personalization, and it made the entire stay feel incredibly special.
