What really impressed me was the housekeeping staff who meticulously arranged my cosmetics every day, making me feel almost guilty for using them! 😂 The front desk and concierge team were incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. On one occasion, I was running late for a scheduled photoshoot, and the doorman not only proactively called the studio to request a time extension but also immediately helped me secure a taxi—all while showing more urgency than I did! That level of dedication and care is rare and deeply appreciated. This place isn’t just a stay; it’s a memorable experience from start to finish.

Finding a familiar face in a foreign city made all the difference—it felt like a small but meaningful connection. A heartfelt thanks to that kind soul for making our stay so much more personal and welcoming.

We’re both light sleepers, so we intentionally booked a two-bedroom suite for this trip—and it was absolutely the right choice. The rooms were spacious, incredibly clean, and so quiet that we slept like babies. The front desk staff went above and beyond—they helped us call a taxi and even gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. It made our stay stress-free and super enjoyable. Overall, the value for money is excellent. From service to location, everything exceeded expectations. I’d definitely recommend this place and plan to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul.

The rooms have great potential; with a bit more upkeep, it could easily be a solid 4-star hotel. It's just a short walk from the subway station, making commuting super convenient. There are plenty of dining options around, so whether you're hanging out with friends or enjoying a quiet evening with your partner, this is the perfect spot to unwind. A truly relaxing and comfortable stay that feels like your own personal retreat.

I stayed in Seoul for a week and tried three different hotels before settling on this one—definitely my favorite. It’s not the closest to the city center, but the surrounding area is peaceful and pleasant. The entrance has a charming countryside vibe that my girlfriend loved. The room was spotless, with a microwave and fridge included—super convenient for storing snacks or leftovers. There’s a convenience store nearby, and right downstairs is an Emart, so grocery shopping is super easy. Overall, it’s a great balance of comfort, cleanliness, and practicality.
