The bathrooms feature separate shower and toilet areas, include a bathtub, and even have a water purification system. Premium bath amenities make you feel like you're at a spa. The location is convenient, the room is comfortable, and the service has been consistently reliable. However, one thing that's always stood out to me is the lack of snow brushes at the front desk. Every winter, I ask about them—only to be told they're not available. A few basic snow scrapers cost no more than $20, and I'm not asking for a full-service car wash like at luxury hotels. Just having a few brushes on hand would make a big difference for guests who need to clear snow from their vehicles. Investing around $200 to stock ten brushes would solve this issue completely. It's such a small improvement with a big impact on guest convenience. I hope the team considers adding them—small gesture, big appreciation.
