Staff were exceptional—front desk team members Xiao Fu and Qin Qin were warm, attentive, and professional, and the restaurant staff were equally friendly and helpful. Every interaction felt personal and genuine. This place offers such a special blend of elegance, comfort, and cultural charm. I’d definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Chengdu.

Room assignment by Manager Zhou was spot-on—quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience stand out. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtfully handled. Public transport access is seamless, and getting around the city couldn’t be easier. Parking was convenient, and even better—our food delivery was brought straight to our room without any hassle.
