I did notice some evening noise from nearby areas, but it quieted down by 10 PM, and the hotel provided earplugs as a thoughtful touch. When my takeaway arrived without chopsticks or a lighter, I called the front desk and within minutes, Daisy and Yuki had sorted everything out—super prompt and friendly. Their service really stood out. The location is convenient, the staff are attentive, and the value for money is fantastic. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Zengcheng.
