Upon check-in, the staff kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony offering stunning city views—plus a complimentary fruit basket that made our stay even more welcoming. What really stood out was the thoughtful meal schedule: breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks are all available throughout the day. As someone who loves food, I couldn’t resist trying a bit of everything—truly a treat for any foodie. The room layout is smart and functional, with excellent cleanliness and little touches like high-quality toiletries and skincare products. The TV supports screen mirroring—perfect for work or relaxing with a movie. After a long day of exploring, I ordered takeout; the delivery guy brought it to the lobby, and then a robot delivered it straight to my room. Absolute heaven for lazy travelers! And yes, this was my second visit—and my second Pagoda panda souvenir upon checkout. That’s not just coincidence, that’s destiny. Can’t wait to come back.

Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu.

Breakfast was outstanding — abundant, fresh, and included handmade wontons and authentic bean curd pudding. The bathroom was well-maintained with perfect water temperature and strong shower pressure. But honestly, what stood out most was the bed — incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. I actually considered buying the same set! Staff were exceptional—front desk team members Xiao Fu and Qin Qin were warm, attentive, and professional, and the restaurant staff were equally friendly and helpful.
