This was my second stay at this hotel, and I came back for the Shanghai Marathon. Last time I had such a great experience that I didn’t even consider other options — it’s just that good. The value here is outstanding. From the convenient laundry service to the late-night comfort of warm dumplings delivered right to my room, every little detail made my trip more enjoyable. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and helpful — especially Jiaqi, who went above and beyond to anticipate my needs and accommodate my requests with genuine warmth. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home away from home. If I ever return to Shanghai, this will be my first choice again. A truly memorable stay.

Staying at baseLITE XINTIANDI Serviced Apartment was an absolute highlight of my trip to Shanghai! The location is unbeatable—right next to the metro station exit, and just around the corner from a fantastic little restaurant that I ended up visiting twice. Walking distance to New World City for shopping and dining made everything so convenient. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and perfect for two people—just the right size without feeling cramped. I especially appreciated the small balcony where I could hang out clothes, which came in handy during my three-day stay. I didn’t get a photo of the hotel itself, but I did snap plenty of shots of the nearby malls and great local eateries—so much to explore within steps! Highly recommend this place for travelers who value comfort, cleanliness, and a central location. A real gem in the heart of Shanghai!
