What really stands out is the location—just a short walk from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore downtown Changsha. Whether we wanted to hit up Wuyi Square, Huangxing Pedestrian Street, or just relax in Guihua Park, everything was within easy reach. Clean, well-maintained, and consistently reliable—this chain hotel delivers exactly what you’d expect from a quality stay. Definitely a top pick for any future trip to Changsha!

The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk from the metro station, easy to find with clear signage, and perfect for getting around the city. The front desk staff went above and beyond by giving us local recommendations on great nearby restaurants, shopping spots, and must-visit attractions—so helpful for first-time visitors! The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with a smartly designed bathroom that’s fully separated into dry and wet zones—no unpleasant odors at all. There’s even a convenient clothes drying rack, plus both a vanity mirror and a full-length mirror. The bed was comfortably soft, and the soundproofing made for a peaceful night’s sleep—no street noise or disturbances. Bonus points for the free laundry facility, which came in handy during our longer stay. Breakfast starts at 7 AM, and we tried it on our last morning before catching a high-speed train. It was solid—offering a good variety of options including main dishes, snacks, desserts, and fresh fruit. While not fancy, it was satisfying and filling. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and service. If we ever return to Changsha, this will be our top pick again.

Staying at Borrman Hotel in Changsha was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 9-minute bike ride to Huojucun Metro Station on Line 5, and there’s a bus stop right outside the door. Breakfast stood out as one of the highlights: it’s the only hotel in this category I’ve stayed at that actually has a toast maker—freshly toasted bread every morning, warm and crispy. The bedding was clean, comfortable, and perfectly balanced in firmness. Overall, the room was quiet, well-maintained, and offered great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Changsha.

One of the highlights was the breakfast on the 14th floor, which served until 10 a.m., ideal for those who love sleeping in.
