The location is perfect—right next to a metro station, making it super easy to explore the surrounding areas like the Great Wild Goose Pagoda and the vibrant Datang Night Market. There are countless restaurants and local eateries just steps away, so dinner options are endless. The room itself was immaculate, clean and well-maintained, with a minimalist yet cozy design that felt both modern and welcoming. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—definitely one of the best sleeps I’ve had on my trip. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond, even offering recommendations and assisting with luggage. It’s clear they care about guest experience. For such a great location, amazing comfort, and outstanding service, this hotel offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next visit to Xi'an.

My wife and I visited Xi'an for a short getaway, and stayed at Ji Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street) — truly one of the best experiences so far. Located right near Luoma Market Pedestrian Street, it’s in a bustling area yet surprisingly quiet, which made our stay peaceful and enjoyable. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Exit F of Metro Lines 2 and 6, making it super convenient to explore the city. We originally booked two nights but ended up extending to five because we loved it so much — that says it all! We were upgraded to a family room at no extra cost, and it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The window overlooks a residential courtyard, adding a nice touch of calm. The housekeeping staff were exceptional — always on time, attentive, and genuinely caring. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with any request. Breakfast seating was a bit limited, so expanding the area would be great. There are two washing machines and two dryers, which is good, but during peak evening hours, there can be a wait — adding one more machine would really improve convenience. Overall, this place offers excellent value, comfort, and service. We’ll definitely come back!

Free afternoon tea snacks and access to a laundry facility were thoughtful touches. Plus, free parking made arriving and leaving stress-free. Everything you’d need is within walking distance—shopping malls, restaurants, and more. The front desk team was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. Initially, I booked three nights because of the great value and unbeatable location near the train station and Wukou Metro Station. But once I arrived, the comfort, service, and convenience made me want to stay longer. The hotel is perfectly positioned—just a short walk from metro lines and bus stops, making it incredibly easy to explore key attractions like the City Wall, Big Goose Pagoda, and ancient Daming Palace. The room view? Stunning—direct sightlines to the historic city wall and train station, which added a special charm to our stay. Special shoutout to Mr. Wei Xinglong from the concierge team—he went above and beyond helping with luggage and package collection, always cheerful and efficient. The front desk staff, Xiao Hao and Xiao Liu, were warm, professional, and attentive. When we mentioned the room felt a bit warm on our first night, they immediately upgraded us to a larger suite at no extra cost—a truly unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable. Housekeeping was spotless, and the room had excellent natural light, giving it a bright, inviting feel. Even though the hotel has seen some years, the design and furnishings still exude quality and elegance, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable after long days of sightseeing.
