We stayed three rooms back-to-back for two nights, and the whole experience was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Hot water flow is outstanding—perfect even during Kunming’s chilly temperature swings. While the Xiao Man room is already fantastic, adding personalized touches like a dedicated concierge, local travel tips, bathrobes, fruit baskets, laundry bins, indoor plants, and an onboarding guide could easily justify a premium rate.
