The bathroom layout was also problematic: you can’t close the door without stepping into the shower first, making it nearly impossible to wash your face properly. And multiple times, we had no hot water for showers, which was frustrating. That said, the staff stood out in a positive way. The breakfast server, housekeeping team, and front desk personnel were all friendly, attentive, and made an effort despite the shortcomings. A big thank you to them! When we tried to serve ourselves since no one was around, we were gently reminded it wasn’t allowed—which felt awkward, especially since we later noticed several other guests had the same experience. Also, while items like cream cheese, jam, dulce de leche, butter, and more are available, they’re not clearly displayed or mentioned, so guests might miss them entirely. That said, these are just minor improvements—not at all detracting from how exceptional the hotel truly is. I’m sharing this feedback with the best intentions, knowing such changes could make an already amazing stay even better.
