A bit more organization in this area would go a long way. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was outstanding. Absolutely stunning resort! One of the best I've ever stayed at. The service was top-notch, and everything ran smoothly throughout our visit. The hotel is beautifully designed with spacious, well-appointed rooms and excellent dining options—food quality was consistently great. There were occasional crowds in the buffet restaurant, but nothing overwhelming. We stayed in the junior suite located in the annex building, which worked perfectly for our family—great location and easy access to everything. The only minor downside was that beach loungers were somewhat limited in number and often booked early, but even then, they were always occupied, so no real issue. Overall, this place offers incredible value and a truly relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Staying at Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel on Rhodes was an absolutely delightful experience—truly unforgettable! The property itself is beautifully maintained, and my room was spacious with a separate bathtub and shower; cleanliness was excellent throughout. The staff went above and beyond—so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, with some even speaking Italian, which made communication easy and personal. There's plenty of space at both the pool and beach areas, though early risers do tend to claim spots by laying out towels first—still, it’s manageable. Food quality is strong, even if the variety isn’t huge; dishes change daily, keeping things fresh. Breakfast was outstanding—huge selection of sweet and savory options, including the highlight: a chef cooking omelettes fresh-to-order every morning. From 10 AM to 6 PM near the pool, you can enjoy wood-fired pizza, crepes, ice cream, or grilled pork and chicken skewers with fries—perfect for a midday treat. I also had dinner at the à la carte Greek restaurant Elia, and it was exceptional—rich flavors and authentic touches. The beach is wide with coarse sand and a few pebbles in places, but the sea is crystal clear and deepens quickly just off the shore. Right next to the hotel, there are several water sports rental centers, including parasailing—great for adventure seekers. The Veratour entertainment team was fantastic: kind, respectful, never intrusive, and each evening brought a new, engaging show on the terrace near the dining hall. Since I booked a sea-view room, I could enjoy all the performances from my balcony without having to fight for a seat. I joined a boat tour to Lindos through the hotel—it was breathtaking—and later took a guided walk around Old Town Rhodes with Veratour, which was incredibly well-organized and insightful. What truly touched me was how thoughtful the staff were—they remembered my birthday and left a surprise in my room: fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, and a massive slice of cake. I’ve never experienced something like this at any other resort before—truly heartwarming. A few minor drawbacks: no shelf in the shower for toiletries (everything had to sit on the floor), Wi-Fi dropped occasionally in certain areas, and the elevator was slow—sometimes it would forget the first call when multiple people pressed it at once, leading to unnecessary trips up and down. But overall, these small issues don’t take away from the incredible value and warm hospitality. This place feels special—highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing, memorable getaway on Rhodes.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. Compared to some large resorts, this hotel feels more intimate and personal—just the right size. The staff were genuinely friendly, especially the team at the pool bar, who went above and beyond with their service. We stayed in a suite that was tastefully decorated, modern, and clean—only a little dust under the bed (a bit more thorough cleaning would help). Our neighbours were quiet, or maybe the soundproofing was better than average—either way, we slept incredibly well, thanks to the excellent quality of the beds. The pool area is pleasant and mostly clean, though the restrooms could use an upgrade. Sun loungers are plentiful and perfect for relaxing under the Greek sun. Food under the all-inclusive plan was decent—not outstanding, but satisfying enough; we didn’t overindulge, which was fine. However, the drinks stood out: fresh juices and soft drinks were noticeably better than what we’ve had at other 4-star hotels in Greece. Wine selection was standard, but the cocktails at the pool bar? Absolutely fantastic—wide variety, expertly crafted, and delicious. The kids’ play area and children’s club felt a bit worn and small, but the kids still had a great time. One downside: the beach volleyball sand was surprisingly hard—adding fresh sand would make a big difference. Still, this place easily made it onto my 'definitely coming back' list!

The building stands out immediately with its striking blue balcony glazing, and overall architecture is both elegant and thoughtfully designed. The sprawling garden area features a network of decorative pools connected by small bridges—truly a visual treat that feels far beyond a standard resort. What really sets this place apart is its direct access to the beach: unlike its sister property Calypso Palace, there's no busy road or tunnel to cross, making getting to the sand effortless. The pool area flows seamlessly into a spacious grassy lounging zone, then opens up to a wide, long stretch of fine golden sand. The sea floor drops off gently—perfect for kids—and the water is crystal clear thanks to the natural transition from sand to pebbles. You can wade in just a few steps, and you won’t need swim shoes. There are plenty of shaded sunbeds and umbrellas—over 300 at the beach alone—all completely free, which is rare in Greece. Rooms face either east (sea views) or west (street-facing, more budget-friendly). Daily entertainment kicks off at 10:00 AM with music around the pool or at the pool bar, sometimes even from the nearby bar where great house tracks drift over. Evenings bring mini-disco and live music, mainly at the Calypso Theater right next to the snack bar. While shows run until 11 PM, the snack bar stays open until 2 AM—something we noticed clearly from our sea-facing rooms. As early risers, we needed earplugs to sleep, but once we adjusted, we slept well. Food is excellent—diverse and delicious—with themed nights like Greek, Rhodian, Italian, seafood, and outdoor grilling every third day. There are two main dining halls, but you can also eat casually in the snack bar—even in dry swimsuits. Each stay includes a voucher for the à la carte restaurant. Drinks are generously available all day from 10 AM, with at least 15 cocktail options on the menu. Overall, this is one of those rare resorts where everything—from location and design to service and amenities—feels exceptional. A truly memorable experience.
