Staying in the Junior Suite at Sheraton Rhodes Resort was an excellent experience. The room layout is thoughtfully designed with great space and flow—far superior to many other Sheraton properties I've stayed at. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making the stay feel personal and comfortable. The underground parking is convenient and well-organized, which is a big plus when arriving late or with luggage. One minor note: the evening live entertainment had some loud music that could be heard from the room, but once the windows were closed, the soundproofing worked really well—no disturbance at all. Overall, this property delivers exceptional value and comfort, especially for travelers seeking a relaxed yet luxurious getaway.

We absolutely loved this hotel, especially for the delicious food. While things were even more impressive before the pandemic, the current experience is still excellent. The beach is sandy and perfect for lounging, though there are small pebbles in the water—nothing too bothersome. The sea itself is crystal clear and deepens quickly, making it easy and safe to enter. One downside was the lack of bathrobes in the room. We called to request one, but were told it would cost 50 euros—really? In a five-star property, you shouldn’t have to pay extra for a simple robe. Maybe we misunderstood and it was supposed to be a deposit, but if so, that should’ve been clearly communicated upon check-in. Also, they asked for a credit card at check-in—possibly as a security measure in case something goes missing. We used a debit card instead, which worked fine, but the whole process left a slightly negative impression. Overall, the hotel offers great value and a wonderful atmosphere, but these little inconsistencies leave us wondering whether we’ll return. It’s not a deal-breaker, but definitely something worth reconsidering.

The location is perfect for exploring: Koskinou village and Kalithea Thermen are just a short walk away, while Rhodes Town is only 20 minutes by bus (line 40), and Lindos is easily reachable in about an hour and 20 minutes via bus 30. The bus stop is literally a 5-minute walk from the hotel — super convenient. We’ve seen some negative reviews online, but after experiencing it firsthand, we simply can’t understand them. This resort isn’t just great for relaxation; it’s also ideal for travelers interested in culture and history. Whether you’re looking for peace, adventure, or a romantic getaway, this place delivers on all fronts. We’ll definitely be back — truly one of the best experiences we’ve had on holiday.

We stayed in the junior suite located in the annex building, which worked perfectly for our family—great location and easy access to everything. The only minor downside was that beach loungers were somewhat limited in number and often booked early, but even then, they were always occupied, so no real issue. Overall, this place offers incredible value and a truly relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!
