The lack of communication, basic hygiene, and overall disregard for guest comfort was shocking. There were dogs barking nonstop throughout the night, and the entrance area looked like a trash heap. It ruined the end of our trip—my kids didn’t even want to change accommodations, but I was horrified just sleeping there. Despite the location’s potential and how welcoming most Brazilians are, this experience was far from what it should’ve been. I strongly advise against staying here and believe platforms need stricter oversight to prevent such substandard listings from being available.
