The housekeeping staff in room 1811 stood out too—she greeted me every time I left the room, kept everything spotless, and even offered genuine recommendations on fun spots around Dalian. After breakfast, walking back into a perfectly tidy room felt like a small daily treat. The breakfast spread was fantastic—huge variety, with both Western and local options covered. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the bustling city lights and catching glimpses of the sea in the distance. Plus, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to a high-end shopping mall and super accessible for public transit. The children’s themed room was a hit—colorful, playful, and packed with fun details that instantly delighted our little ones. From themed toiletries to small toys, every touch showed genuine thoughtfulness. Our kids were entertained for hours, thanks to the excellent in-house play areas—perfect for burning off energy without any stress. As adults, we also appreciated the beautifully maintained indoor pool with clear, warm water—ideal for relaxing after a long day. The service truly stood out too: special thanks to Yina for her warm, attentive hospitality, always ready to help; and the housekeeping staff who kept the room spotless and welcoming. The location is fantastic—close to the waterfront but still convenient for city exploration. The ground-floor mall is well-stocked with a wide variety of goods—perfect for picking up souvenirs or everyday essentials. The pool water temperature was just right, and the hot tub was a real treat for unwinding after a long day. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xu Qingsong from the pool and sauna area, and swimming instructor Bao Xin—their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. The hairdryer was powerful with minimal noise and dried my hair in no time—perfect for early mornings or last-minute touch-ups. The air conditioning was whisper-quiet, which was a game-changer for me as someone who struggles with sleep due to noise sensitivity. I also loved the robot delivery service—it added a fun, futuristic touch to the stay and made getting snacks or essentials super easy. The only minor drawbacks were the slightly awkward bathroom latch and the sink faucet, which took a bit of fiddling to get the right temperature. But honestly, these were just small details in an otherwise outstanding stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel has just refreshed its brand experience, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. Located right next to Dasha Department Store, it’s incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. I could reach a variety of great local restaurants within just 5 to 10 minutes on foot—perfect for exploring the city without hassle. My room was assigned by Cathy, and I couldn’t be happier. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a calming atmosphere that made my stay even more relaxing. The only minor issue was the pillow—I found it a bit too firm—but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately replaced it with a softer one. That kind of responsiveness speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, this is a top-tier hotel with exceptional value. I’ll definitely be back.
