Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect—the rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere very welcoming. The location is excellent, just a short subway ride into the city center, and there are plenty of great restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff were friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out, making the whole experience seamless. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Though there’s no breakfast included, the neighborhood is packed with great bakeries and cafés within walking distance—perfect for grabbing a fresh croissant or coffee in the morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Plus, there’s parking right outside the front door, which is a big plus if you’re arriving by car. Just a short walk away is Mühlenkamp, a lively area filled with fantastic restaurants and local shops. It’s a quiet yet central location with real character. I’d definitely come back—this place has a heart that modern hotels often lack.

I've stayed at this hotel three out of four times during my visits to Hamburg, and I'd definitely come back again. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by great dining options.
