We were thoroughly impressed with our stay! The rooms are spacious and perfect for four guests, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to Tierpark Hagenbeck U-Bahn station, making travel around Hamburg super convenient. Plus, free outdoor parking on-site means no need to pay for underground garage spots—huge plus for drivers. One hiccup: during check-in, we discovered that only one of our two booked rooms was available. It turned out there was a system glitch between the booking platform and the hotel’s reservation system. We were understandably concerned, but the hotel went above and beyond by securing us another room even though the property was fully booked. Their quick response and willingness to help made a big difference. Overall, this place offers exceptional value, comfort, and service—definitely a top choice for future visits.

Despite its slightly quieter location, everything you need is within reach, and the overall experience is excellent. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a calm, clean, and well-located base in Hamburg.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by great dining options. I'm already planning my next trip here for November 2025—highly recommend!

We've stayed at this hotel for the third time now, and it just keeps getting better. The value for money is outstanding—clean rooms, most recently renovated with a modern touch, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained. Breakfast is generous and delicious, and the restaurant food is consistently excellent. But what truly stands out is the staff—especially Frau Fischer, whose warm and welcoming attitude makes you feel like you're visiting friends rather than staying in a hotel. Just a short walk from the bus stop, you can easily reach Niendorfer Markt, and from there, take the U2 line all the way to Jungfernstieg. Everything is so accessible, making it perfect for exploring Hamburg. With such great comfort, convenience, and hospitality, we’ll definitely be back.
