Location-wise, everything we needed was within walking distance—just 1.1 km to St. Mary’s Cathedral, Hyde Park, and the Australian Museum. A supermarket is about 800 meters away, perfect for grabbing fresh fruit or snacks. And during Christmas, they surprised us with candy and festive socks—so sweet and memorable! If we ever return to Sydney, this will be our top choice again.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and even though my English wasn’t perfect, the front desk team patiently helped me and even arranged a ride. The only thing I’d mention is that my pre-authorization hold from July 16th hasn’t been released yet—still waiting as of July 20th. Could the hotel please look into this? Thanks!
