The breakfast was excellent, fresh, and satisfying. The location is unbeatable: just a two-minute walk to the subway, right across from Xuanwu Lake. Perfect for morning strolls or just soaking in the scenery. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive—truly made the stay special. Qingmu Shang Hotel (Nanjing Xinjiekou Subway Station Central Mall)

Our initial room was a corner room near the elevator, which we usually avoid because of potential noise and awkward layout. We mentioned our concern to the front desk, and the staff member handled it with great care and efficiency—she immediately helped us switch to another room without any hassle. Even though we originally planned to extend our stay, we ended up moving on the next day after noticing a price increase, which didn’t fit our budget. Staying at Ji Hotel (Nanjing Presidential Palace) was a fantastic experience, especially for budget-conscious travelers. The location is unbeatable—just a 20-minute subway ride from Nanjing South Railway Station, and it's only a 10-minute walk from the station to the hotel. I was amazed how easy it was to get around. Right next to the hotel is the Jiangnan Weaving Factory Museum, and President's Palace is just a short stroll away. For other major attractions like Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, a 30-minute subway ride gets you there comfortably. Plus, Deji Plaza is within walking distance—perfect for shopping and dining. The room was spotless, and the staff were warm and welcoming. I checked in around 10:30 AM, and the front desk attendant even handed me a small snack pack with bread—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast was satisfying and offered good variety. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value for money. If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a great price, this is definitely a top recommendation.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering personalized recommendations for nearby attractions and providing an umbrella during a sudden downpour—such a thoughtful touch. I especially loved the on-site tea lounge where I enjoyed a cup of Yuhua tea while gazing out at the scenic view of the Qinhuai River. The breakfast spread was outstanding—especially the duck blood vermicelli soup, which was rich, savory, and absolutely delicious. If you're visiting Nanjing, this is a must-stay.
