The bathroom features a smart dry-wet separation layout, and the vanity area is generously sized—no cramped feeling at all. What really stood out were the thoughtful extras: sewing kits, laundry facilities, and an ironing machine—all available upon request at the front desk. I actually used all of them during my trip, which made things so much easier. Not only was everything recovered, but the cash remained untouched. Under the leadership of Manager Bai Lu, this team demonstrated an outstanding level of integrity, professionalism, and dedication. We stayed at JW Marriott Hotel Beijing to reunite with family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. A heartfelt thanks to June for her exceptional service—she was prompt, attentive, and always available whenever we needed help. Her warm personality and genuine smile made the entire stay feel welcoming and personal. Since we were traveling with kids, we opted for the executive room, and the executive lounge was a highlight. While not as extensive as the main lobby buffet, the offerings were refined, delicious, and served in a quiet, peaceful setting—perfect for families with little ones. The staff at the lounge went above and beyond to care for our children, making us feel truly at home. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from SKP and China World Trade Center, with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within easy reach. Public transport access is also convenient. One minor note: room soundproofing could be improved—the hallway and neighboring rooms are quite audible. But that’s a small trade-off for such a high-quality stay overall. This hotel delivers luxury, comfort, and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back.
