We stayed at Evergrande Hotel Tianjin with our kids for a competition, and the entire experience was outstanding. Right after booking, the front desk called to check on our needs—such thoughtful attention! We arrived late, around 9 PM, but the staff immediately recognized us by name—so warm and welcoming. Since we wanted our kids to stay close to their teammates, the team kindly helped us switch rooms without hesitation. Huge thanks to Weiwei and Yanjuan for going above and beyond.
