She personally helped move our luggage to the new room—so kind and considerate, especially after a long day exploring attractions. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the bustling main street of Tang Paradise, with the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Ba Bai Li Qin Cuisine, Wu Huang Feast, and Xi’an Concert Hall all within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and abundant, offering great variety and quality. We stayed for three days during New Year’s holiday, and every moment felt relaxed and enjoyable. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely planning to return soon!

I loved the variety of two different flavored coffee pods, and the bathrobe came as a full two-piece set, neatly stored in a protective cover inside the closet—really shows attention to cleanliness and detail. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but I have to say the fried eggs were absolutely outstanding—perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, soft inside. The hotel has a free parking lot, which made exploring the city by car super convenient. We were disappointed we couldn’t get tickets to the Shaanxi History Museum—it’s notoriously hard to book—but the front desk staff immediately suggested some great alternative attractions that were perfect for families.
