This is my second stay at this hotel, and I’m even more impressed this time around. The location is fantastic—just steps away from the metro station, making it super easy to explore downtown Xi’an. There’s plenty of parking available, and it’s completely free for guests—huge plus if you’re traveling by car. The room itself is spacious and spotlessly clean, with a modern, futuristic vibe that really sets it apart. Check-in is seamless—just use facial recognition to enter your room, no queues, no hassle. Everything in the room, from lighting to the TV, can be controlled via voice commands—super convenient and fun to use. The staff, especially Xiao Jie at front desk, were incredibly professional and friendly, going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. I’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a smart, well-located, and highly efficient hotel experience, this one is a must-try.

We brought our dog along, which usually causes a lot of stress when booking accommodations—but not here. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with an incredibly clean and thoughtfully designed space. The ground floor lounge has a cozy coffee corner where you can relax and even hang out with the resident cats—such a nice touch. What truly stood out was how welcoming and pet-friendly the staff were. When we went out exploring local attractions, they happily looked after our dog, letting it roam freely in the common area as if it were part of the family. It felt like our furry friend was spoiled rotten! The room itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and set in a standalone villa, so opening the window brought in fresh air and peaceful views of greenery outside. Every detail was considered—from individually packaged toiletries to high-quality towels and slippers. No unpleasant odors, no clutter, just pure comfort. We genuinely didn’t want to check out.
