On check-in night, we ran into a hot water issue, but the front desk staff and manager were incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. Their dedication to resolving the problem made a big difference and showed real care for guest comfort. The room itself is modern and well-equipped: heated toilet seat, smart projector, high-quality Dyson-style hairdryer, and a bed that strikes the perfect balance between soft and supportive—excellent for a good night’s sleep. The warm wood tones and ambient lighting create a cozy, inviting atmosphere that feels like home. Cleanliness was top-notch—we didn’t notice any hygiene issues upon arrival. Though the hotel shares a building with other accommodations, the exterior and common areas are well-maintained and clean.
