We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. This has become my go-to choice whenever I visit Xi'an — super convenient to get to, especially with the metro nearby. The value for money is outstanding, especially since the room rate includes tickets for two adults and one child. That’s a huge plus when traveling with family. The staff, particularly the front desk lady, were incredibly responsive and helpful — any question I had was resolved quickly and professionally. The only minor downside is that food delivery can’t be sent directly to your room; you have to pick it up on the first floor. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, but my favorite spot has to be the Shisan Dynasty Old Bowl Noodles right outside the metro entrance—rich broth, generous portions, and totally worth a visit. On check-in night, we ran into a hot water issue, but the front desk staff and manager were incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. Their dedication to resolving the problem made a big difference and showed real care for guest comfort. The room itself is modern and well-equipped: heated toilet seat, smart projector, high-quality Dyson-style hairdryer, and a bed that strikes the perfect balance between soft and supportive—excellent for a good night’s sleep. The warm wood tones and ambient lighting create a cozy, inviting atmosphere that feels like home. Cleanliness was top-notch—we didn’t notice any hygiene issues upon arrival.
