We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel we’ll return to, and one we highly recommend to fellow travelers.

This has become my go-to choice whenever I visit Xi'an — super convenient to get to, especially with the metro nearby. The value for money is outstanding, especially since the room rate includes tickets for two adults and one child. That’s a huge plus when traveling with family. The staff, particularly the front desk lady, were incredibly responsive and helpful — any question I had was resolved quickly and professionally. The only minor downside is that food delivery can’t be sent directly to your room; you have to pick it up on the first floor. But honestly, that’s a small trade-off considering how great everything else is. I’d definitely come back again.

I stayed at Platinum Palace Hotel for one night and was genuinely impressed. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly clean—especially the bedding, which felt fresh and comfortable. Soundproofing is excellent, so no noise disturbances during the night, perfect for a good rest. The breakfast area is bright and tidy, and while the variety isn’t huge, everything was thoughtfully prepared. I enjoyed four hot dishes (two meat, two veg), a selection of cold appetizers, plus steamed buns, mantou, fried dough sticks, rice porridge, corn soup, eggs, and some pickled side dishes—all tasty and satisfying. The tea provided in the room was a nice touch, high quality and enjoyable to drink. The only minor note is that the interior decor feels a bit dated, but honestly, the value for money makes up for it completely. The location is fantastic too—right next to the Daming Palace West Metro Station, making it super easy to get around the city. I’d definitely stay here again.

On check-in night, we ran into a hot water issue, but the front desk staff and manager were incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. Their dedication to resolving the problem made a big difference and showed real care for guest comfort. The room itself is modern and well-equipped: heated toilet seat, smart projector, high-quality Dyson-style hairdryer, and a bed that strikes the perfect balance between soft and supportive—excellent for a good night’s sleep.
