Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient: just a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and major shopping spots like Grand Canal Shopping Center, MixC, and IFC are within easy reach. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm—the kind of service that makes your stay feel personal and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Hangzhou again. Highly recommend!

The hotel is brand new, and there’s still a faint smell of fresh paint in the room—nothing overwhelming, just a reminder that it’s freshly renovated. Everything is well thought out: modern amenities, spacious layout, and plenty of storage space with generous closet space. The staff are friendly and professional, and breakfast is solid—especially the coffee machine, which delivers a great cup every time. My only note is that when we checked in during late November, the air conditioning wasn’t working—we were stuck at 19°C. We assumed it was our mistake at first, but after two cold nights, we finally called the front desk. They explained that heating isn’t turned on until winter officially starts; since November is considered fall here, they don’t activate the heating system yet. They quickly sent over a small electric heater, which made all the difference. It’s a minor inconvenience, but handled well by the team. Overall, this is a fantastic value for the location—super convenient if you're traveling through Hangzhou East Railway Station, and I’d definitely stay again.

During New Year’s holiday, when ride-sharing and buses were restricted near the scenic area, the hotel arranged a shuttle to drop us off right at the entrance, which was incredibly convenient. Everything was seamless and well-organized. This place isn’t just comfortable — it’s truly special. A perfect blend of tranquility, luxury, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning.
Sunday Sunny Resort
This was hands down the best booking of our trip—booked early before prices went up, and the value for money was outstanding. Nestled on San Tai Mountain, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat with fresh air and stunning natural surroundings. The nearest bus stop is at Yu Qian Temple, but we actually preferred walking to Wugui Tan to try the rowboat ride—unfortunately, it was canceled due to weather, but we made up for it by taking a scenic water bus from Guo Zhuang Pier to Hua Gang Guan Yu. The views along the way were absolutely beautiful. After exploring Hua Gang Guan Yu, we returned via the Xiao Lian Qing Feng line from Su Di Pier, which dropped us right at Yu Qian Temple Station—perfect for heading back to the hotel. One small downside: limited food delivery options nearby, but overall, the experience was flawless. This place truly delivers comfort, convenience, and charm.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Located on the 26th floor of Qianjiang Times Plaza, it's incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and downtown attractions. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was so welcoming they upgraded me to a Premium Deluxe King room at no extra cost—huge space, very comfortable, and the best part? It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel also has a full laundry service with both washing and drying machines—plus, they’ll even collect your clothes when you’re out, which is seriously thoughtful. The only tiny hiccup? The TV wouldn’t turn on, and the remote seemed unresponsive. But if you don’t rely on TV, it’s not a dealbreaker—just ask the front desk for help. This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.
