We walked to Baye Hot Pot for dinner on our first night—just a few minutes away, no need to worry about transportation. The next morning, we strolled straight to the Forbidden City, which was incredibly convenient and saved us time and hassle. In the evening, we headed over to Silian Mall for dinner, again just a short walk from the hotel. And before checking out this morning, we stopped by Sifuminfu to try their famous Peking duck—all within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even the housekeeping team went above and beyond with warm smiles. The room itself was clean, well-designed, and spacious. I especially appreciated the kids’ play area in the lobby—it made traveling with my family so much easier. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Beijing’s bustling Wangfujing district, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a relaxing stay. I stayed at this hotel for a week during my recent trip to Beijing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I received over ten parcels during my stay, and the hotel team was incredibly helpful in collecting them for me—delivered straight to my room on check-in day. That was such a relief! The laundry service is outstanding: just drop off your clothes by noon, and by evening they’re returned neatly washed, dried, folded, and waiting in the room. So convenient and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room spotless every time I came back—no dust, no mess, just perfect cleanliness. Front desk staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with anything. What truly touched me was the little gift they gave upon checkout—it felt personal and warm. I especially want to thank the male manager on duty during the day. Without a local phone number, many tasks like ordering food or browsing Taobao were frustratingly difficult. He kindly shared his personal mobile number, which made everything so much easier. His kindness made a huge difference. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I visit Beijing.

Breakfast offered both set menus and à la carte options, so there was something for everyone, and nothing went to waste. The staff—Liu Linlin, Xiao Xi, and Xiao Zheng—were incredibly warm and attentive. They helped with luggage, offered free yogurt and fresh fruit, and always had a smile. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. This place has a special charm, and I’ll definitely return.

One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. Staying at Beijing Hotel NUO in Wangfujing was an absolute pleasure. Located right on Dong Chang'an Street, the hotel is just a short walk from Wangfujing Metro Station (Lines 4 and 8), making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Right outside the door, you're surrounded by Wangfujing pedestrian street — packed with shopping malls, boutiques, local eateries, and souvenir shops. Everything you need is within easy reach. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cleanliness was top-notch — everything looked spotless, from the bedding to the bathroom fixtures. The interior design has a unique, elegant charm that really sets the tone for a refined experience. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, Xiao Han and Xiao Song — their warm welcome, helpful tips, and attentive service made all the difference. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. A truly memorable stay with excellent value and outstanding hospitality.

Capital Hotel（the Forbidden City，Tiananmen）

Staying at Capital Hotel was an absolute highlight of my trip to Beijing. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city’s top attractions. The staff went above and beyond; I especially want to thank Mr. Zhu, the front desk manager in gray, who helped me resolve a major issue with such warmth and professionalism. Even during Beijing’s cold winter weather, the genuine hospitality made me feel truly welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and elegant. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. If you're looking for a reliable, well-located, and genuinely welcoming hotel in central Beijing, this is the one. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back.

Le Joy Hotel

The service from our host Xuanxuan was exceptional—warm, attentive, and proactive. She called us the day before check-in to confirm our arrival time, and when we arrived, everything was already prepared. The room itself is beautifully designed with a modern minimalist style—spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We loved how convenient the location is: just a 3-minute walk from the metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, so dining and shopping could be done without stepping outside. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service. Xuanxuan truly made our stay memorable. I’ll definitely be back and will request her for my next visit.
