Best of all, the metro station is right outside the door—super convenient for getting around town, especially heading to Tiantai Temple or downtown Changsha. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. I also had the complimentary afternoon tea for two, and wow—the pastries and tea selection were delicious and beautifully presented. Even better: the free laundry service for up to 5 items daily! No need to carry dirty clothes back home—just wash, dry, and go. Stayed at Changsha Jinyuan Yangguang Hotel and was genuinely impressed! The hotel is a well-established four-star brand, with an elegant and comfortable lobby that immediately sets a welcoming tone. The room was spotlessly clean—every corner was meticulously cleaned, giving me peace of mind about hygiene. Breakfast was a highlight: abundant options with great variety, and the local rice noodles were absolutely delicious—definitely worth trying. Staff were polite, friendly, and always eager to help, making the experience feel personal and warm. Location is fantastic—just a short walk or quick metro ride from Wuyi Square and Helong Stadium, perfect for attending events. With excellent service, cleanliness, and convenience, this place offers outstanding value. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Staying at PM Hotel was an absolutely delightful experience. This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is perfect—just a short walk from the high-speed rail station, making travel to and from the city incredibly convenient. The lobby is spacious and well-designed, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed—especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable and helped us sleep soundly through the night. The staff, particularly front desk agent Xiao Liu, went above and beyond with friendly, efficient service. He even helped us plan our itinerary and gave great local tips. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options including local favorites like congee and dim sum. Everything about this hotel screams value for money. There was only one minor moment: the cleaning staff in the dining area seemed a bit unresponsive when I asked about coffee cups, simply saying, 'There are disposable paper cups, right?'—but honestly, it didn’t ruin anything.
