From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff greeted us with a refreshing chilled hawthorn plum drink—perfectly tangy and sweet, instantly making us feel welcome. The hotel is incredibly well-equipped, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it ideal for families or travelers with elderly members. Free parking is a huge plus, especially when exploring the city. Its proximity to Tang Paradise Night Market is unbeatable—just a short walk away, perfect for evening strolls and dining. The service is warm and attentive, and every detail feels intentional. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a comfortable, convenient home base for discovering Xi’an. I’d absolutely book again without hesitation.

Staying at Novotel Xi'an Xinxing was an absolutely delightful experience. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained—everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, whether traveling for business or leisure. The room itself was bright, airy, and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Cleanliness stood out immediately—no corners were overlooked, and the entire space felt spotless and fresh. The staff truly went above and beyond. Front desk agent Xiao Liu was especially welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and personalized. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, always responding to needs without being intrusive. Located just steps from the Changle Park Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around the city, including easy access to Xijing Hospital. Excellent value for money and a great base for exploring Xi’an. I’ll definitely be returning.

Staying at Xian YinAn Hotel (Zhonglou Hui Min Street Branch) was an absolute surprise—way beyond what I expected! The location is unbeatable: just an 8-minute walk from Zhonglou Metro Station, making it super easy to explore the city. Check-in was fast and friendly—the staff were smiling throughout, which made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. The room itself was spot-on: a spacious desk with perfectly balanced ambient lighting, ideal for working or relaxing. But the real highlight? The bedding. The mattress had just the right firmness, and they offered both memory foam and buckwheat pillows—my personal dream setup. I fell asleep instantly and slept like a baby. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of options, including authentic Xi’an-style Sāozi Miàn, plus fresh coffee and juice. Filled me up and ready to hit the streets. Plus, they gave us a thoughtful local-themed gift pack—small touches that really elevate the stay. If I come back to Xi’an, this will be my top pick without hesitation.
