The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the subway station, and right next to a peaceful lake with great views. The room was spacious and well-designed, giving our children plenty of room to move around and feel comfortable. The front desk staff, especially F60, were incredibly friendly and helpful—always smiling, quick to assist with check-in and recommendations. One major plus: the on-site fitness center and laundry facilities made our stay much more convenient, especially with kids in tow. Cleanliness, comfort, and value for money are all top-notch. Elva, who greeted us, was incredibly warm and considerate—when I ran into her in the lobby one evening, she even offered a refreshing honey water to help with a hangover! She also recommended the afternoon tea service featuring homemade pastries, fresh fruit platters, and beverages—such a delightful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Yellow Crane Tower and Yangtze River Bridge, perfect for sightseeing without wasting time on transit. My only small suggestion would be adding EV charging stations. Overall, this is a top-tier stay with excellent value. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Wuhan!

We booked the Executive Deluxe Twin Room, and even during peak season, the price was very reasonable—great value for money. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering plenty of comfort for our whole family. What stood out was the thoughtful touches: a delivery robot brought our takeout straight to the door, and we received four bottles of water daily, plus fresh toilet seat covers. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From location and cleanliness to service and overall comfort, everything was top-notch.
