Staying at this hotel in Vienna was an absolute highlight of my trip. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a modern and stylish design that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was perfectly balanced—soft yet supportive—and I slept so well. The staff went above and beyond; every team member was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. When I had a small issue during my stay, they responded immediately with care and solutions, which really made me feel valued. Location-wise, it’s ideal—just a short walk to the city center and near major attractions. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh, diverse, and full of local flavors, including delicious pastries and freshly squeezed juice. And let’s talk about the in-room coffee and tea service—unlimited, high-quality, and delivered right to your door. It’s such a thoughtful touch. This place truly deserves five stars, not just one—but five out of five. If you're visiting Vienna, don’t miss this gem. I’ll definitely be back.
Staying at Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof was an absolute highlight of my trip to Vienna. The location couldn’t be better—just a 15-minute train ride from the airport (around €5.50), and right outside the station, you’ll spot the hotel near a bustling exit lined with food stalls. One of them is a Chinese restaurant that served delicious meals at great value—around €15 per person—and we ended up eating there twice. The hotel itself feels modern and well-maintained. Our room was spacious enough for two adults, and even with a child, the sofa could likely convert into a bed (though we didn’t test it). The bed felt larger than the 1.3m listed online—definitely comfortable for two, and honestly, much better than the Novotel I stayed at in Edinburgh last year, especially considering the price difference. Vienna’s overall cost of living is noticeably lower than in the UK. The bathroom features a smart wet/dry separation, and the vanity surface is generous—plenty of room for both of us to lay out our toiletries. Breakfast was fantastic: a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, yogurt, and coffee. My husband stuck mainly to fruit and yogurt each morning, while I enjoyed croissants, eggs, and a strong espresso. Service was attentive—though there’s no phone in the room, help was always just a floor away at the front desk. There’s a kettle provided, but only two bottles of water were given on arrival, one of which had carbonation—fortunately, tap water is safe to drink. No slippers included, but they’re easy to request at reception, and I actually asked for two extra pairs before checking out since I needed them for my flight. The only downside? I forgot to pack a hairdryer—European hotel ones are often outdated, weak, and take forever to dry hair. That said, this minor oversight didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, a top-tier stay with excellent value, convenience, and comfort. I’d absolutely recommend it—and return again.
The Altstadthotel Vienna truly lives up to its reputation as a hidden gem in the heart of the city. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a unique charm that masterfully blends tradition with modern elegance. The breakfast is exceptional—thoughtfully prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully. Staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making your stay feel genuinely welcoming from day one. The hotel’s artistic touches are not just decorative—they create a distinctive atmosphere that sets this place apart. Location couldn’t be better: countless cafés, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance, and major attractions are just a short stroll away. Our room was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and offered all the comfort needed for a relaxing getaway. Every detail felt intentional, and we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. Without hesitation, I’d recommend this hotel—and I’d absolutely come back again.
Staying at Appartement-Hotel an der Riemergasse was a delightful experience, especially for families. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the city center and surrounded by great restaurants and major attractions. The hotel has a charming old-school vibe with traditional key entry instead of electronic cards, which feels both authentic and secure. Our apartment was spacious and included a fully functional kitchenette, making it easy to prepare meals on-site—ideal for saving money and catering to family preferences. The beds were comfortable, the rooms quiet, and everything was well-maintained. It’s rare to find such a convenient, home-like stay in Vienna with this level of comfort and charm. I’d definitely book here again.
Staying at Hotel Beethoven Wien was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—right across from a vibrant food street, so dining out is incredibly convenient. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with any request. My room had a wonderful medieval charm, with vintage décor that added character and authenticity to the stay. Being just a short walk from the Golden Hall made it ideal for attending concerts or exploring the city’s cultural highlights. Everything I needed—restaurants, shops, attractions—was within easy reach. This hotel offers a fantastic blend of comfort, history, and convenience. Highly recommend for travelers who appreciate both style and location.
Staying here for six consecutive nights was an absolute delight. The location is fantastic—most of Vienna’s top attractions are within a 30-minute ride on the bus or subway, and with a weekly transit pass, exploring the city became so easy and stress-free. The room was much larger than expected for a hotel of this category, and the small kitchenette was perfect for preparing quick meals—great for saving money and enjoying some comfort food. I especially loved the Bluetooth speaker and the adorable bedside lighting that added a cozy vibe to the space. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the free coffee available in the lobby was a nice touch. There are three supermarkets nearby, plus a bakery right next door—perfect for grabbing fresh bread and morning treats. Everything you need for a comfortable, convenient stay is just steps away. This place offers outstanding value for money. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.
We stayed at 7th Heaven Vienna Center Apartments (Sissi) for a special 60th birthday celebration, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we booked, the service was outstanding—Clemens responded almost instantly with a warm welcome and answered every question thoroughly and thoughtfully. His professionalism and friendly tone made us feel confident and well taken care of. We arrived early in the morning, and he kindly arranged for us to store our luggage in a secure lock-up area so we could enjoy breakfast and a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood while waiting for the apartment to be ready. When we arrived, Jakob greeted us with a smile—he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. He took care of our bags, gave us great tips on nearby cafes, and later sent a message confirming the apartment was ready two hours ahead of check-in time. He walked us through how everything worked, shared local insights, and even pointed out where to shop and what to see. The apartment itself was stunning—beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Its central location made exploring the city effortless. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches: a chilled bottle of white wine with two glasses, milk in the fridge, premium ground coffee, a coffee pod machine, a variety of teas and herbal infusions, sugar, and two types of breakfast cereals—all left for us to enjoy. It felt like a personal welcome from the heart. We had an unforgettable trip, and if we ever return to Vienna, we’ll definitely book here again. This is more than just accommodation—it’s a home away from home with exceptional attention to detail.
Located in the heart of Vienna, this boutique hotel offers unbeatable convenience—everything is just a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality and proactive assistance, especially when it came to recommending nearby attractions. Their prompt help and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. Breakfast was an absolute delight, served in a charming atmosphere that added to the overall experience. The hotel radiates character and charm, making it a standout choice. We couldn’t recommend it more highly and will definitely be back.
The location of K&T Boardinghouse is excellent—right in the heart of Vienna’s bustling commercial district with plenty of dining options and shops just steps away. There's a bus stop right below the window and a metro station only 200 meters down the street, making public transport incredibly convenient. Despite being so central, the area is surprisingly quiet—no noise from the streets or traffic at all. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you’d need for a pleasant stay. It’s rare to find such a well-located, peaceful, and well-equipped place at this price point. Highly recommended—I’d definitely come back.
Absolutely exceeded my expectations — one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the elegance and attention to detail were stunning. The Christmas decorations looked like something out of a fairytale, creating such a warm, magical atmosphere. Breakfast was exceptional — fresh, abundant, and beautifully presented. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, with plush bedding that made falling asleep effortless. Staff went above and beyond with their hospitality — attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help. The evening at the bar was pure indulgence: perfect cocktails, soft lighting, and a relaxed vibe. Dinner was unforgettable — each course thoughtfully crafted, with excellent service and outstanding flavors. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but honestly, every penny felt justified by the experience. If you’re visiting Vienna, this is not just a place to stay — it’s an event. I’d definitely come back, even if it means splurging again.
Staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna was hands down the highlight of my trip. The room isn’t large—partly due to the building’s historic charm—but that old-world character adds a unique warmth and authenticity. Cleanliness is excellent, and the staff go above and beyond with their friendly, attentive service. There was a minor hiccup early on, but it was handled so smoothly and promptly that it didn’t detract from the experience at all. What really made the stay special? Every evening, someone visits the room to leave fresh water and a small chocolate—more than enough water, actually! It felt like a thoughtful personal touch that made me feel truly valued. In a city full of options, this hotel stood out as the most memorable and satisfying choice. I’ll definitely be back.
Absolutely perfect — there's no better way to describe this stay. The room is a bit compact, but incredibly well-designed and elegant, with a lovely view of the street life outside. The restaurant exceeded all expectations — every meal was exceptional, and the daily complimentary chocolates from the hotel were a delightful touch, especially given Vienna's world-famous chocolate heritage. Staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and genuinely warm, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The hotel itself feels like a true palace, with stunning architecture and timeless charm. Walking distance to the opera house made attending a performance effortless — after watching a Mozart show, returning to unwind with a glass of Krug and a chat with the bartender was pure luxury. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s an experience. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
