Huge shoutout to the housekeeping team—they’re attentive, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. I especially appreciated the complimentary apples in the lobby—a small but thoughtful touch. And being right next to a SPAR makes grabbing snacks or essentials super easy. This hotel truly became part of our unforgettable Vienna experience. If we ever return to Vienna, this will definitely be our first choice.

There was a noticeable infestation of small ants in the kitchen—whenever we started using the space, they would quickly appear, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, nighttime was disrupted by a continuous dragging sound coming from a locked technical room nearby, along with occasional noises from adjacent utility areas. While the price was reasonable and the layout functional, the lack of quietness and hygiene concerns make it hard to recommend. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option and can overlook these details, it might still work—but for a peaceful stay, it's better to look elsewhere.
