We stayed here with our family, and overall, the experience was excellent. The hotel is incredibly clean, safe, and every little detail shows thoughtfulness—really made us feel at home. Also, since we had elderly guests with us, it would be helpful if guest services were more accessible—having to walk around to check in was a bit challenging.
