The front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient—check-in was smooth and quick. The room itself was spotless, with soft, comfortable bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. Noise insulation is excellent, so it stayed quiet and peaceful throughout the night. The bathroom features a smart dry-wet separation layout, with strong water pressure and consistent temperature—perfect for a relaxing shower. Quality toiletries were provided, which shows attention to detail. Overall, the entire experience was top-notch: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Taxis to popular attractions cost only around 10–15 RMB each, making exploration super affordable and convenient. Back at the hotel, housekeeping went above and beyond—the room was spotless, and they even provided thoughtful baby essentials. A handwritten note with care tips made the stay feel personal and warm. Traveling with little ones can be stressful, but this hotel made it so much easier. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out.
