Despite that, the staff reacted with clear impatience, rushing us with sharp tones and uninviting body language. It felt unnecessarily harsh, especially since we weren’t causing any disruption. A little more empathy and flexibility would have made a big difference in our experience. That said, the hotel’s comfort, location, and amenities still make it a solid choice. With better guest service, this could easily be a 10/10 stay.
